June 6 – 8 WAKE UP THE BEARS – SWING INTO SUMMER!
Lets get summer started with a Blast! And get all the “BEARS” up and at ‘em! Yogi will be ecstatic when he wakes up to find his best friends Boo Boo and Cindy Bear waiting to surprise him. How much noise can we make to wake them up? We will be making special Yogi noise makers to help, but you can bring any noisemakers you may have at home, the noisier the better! Take part in our Yogi envirohike with a Free Yogi Gift for all participants. You never know what you may see or find while hiking at Jellystone Park NB. Don’t forget your swimsuits and energy to go on the waterslides this weekend. Because the first 3 weekends in June all amenities are FREE and that means you can Waterslide, play Mini Golf, play Battle Boat Tag and ride the Tornado Karts FREE all weekend during operating hours. June 13 - 15 “YOGI BEAR’S LAFF-OLYMPICS
Yogi is a bit jealous that Vancouver is hosting the Olympics in 2010 so he wants to get a head start by holding the East Coast Preliminary Olympics right here at Jellystone Park NB in 2008. Only our activities are more challenging and unique such as Freaky Frog Jumping, Silly Seed Spitting, Wacky Waterslide Races and Accuracy Shooting challenges just to name a few plus take part in the 1st Annual Matchbox Long Track Races (bring any type of Matchbox vehicle). To officially start things off Friday night we are hosting the Olympic Torch Relay followed by the official Opening Ceremonies. So be ready to make some noise to welcome the Olympians (all camping guests) to this major event of the summer. Yogi, Boo Boo and Cindy Bear will be officiating at some of the festivities over the weekend so pack your swimsuits for the Splish Splash Pool events and bring your fastest running shoes for the Track and Field competitions. Be sure to attend all Medal Presentations after each event, complete with singing “O Canada” proudly filling the air! Take part in the Closing Ceremonies that includes the popular Glow Stick Parade around the Yogi Olympic Village. You may go down in Yogi Olympics history by setting a Jellystone Park NB record. To celebrate this fun filled Olympic event we are inviting everyone to enjoy our famous Pancake and Sausage Breakfast Sunday morning, and treat Dad to breakfast while celebrating Father’s Day this weekend. Plan on making this weekend a gold medal event you won’t want to miss!
June 20 - 22 YOGI BEAR SAYS “KIDS R PEOPLE 2”
Holy Moly, parents look out! The Y.O.G.I. Police Squad is on duty and kids everywhere are having their Moms and Dads arrested! School is officially out so what better time to pay back parents for a long school year and for crimes against kids, such as, making them eat their veggies, having them clean their room and the dreaded take out the trash! As parents, you may find yourself arrested and standing in front of Judge Jellystone for your sentence! Boo Boo and Cindy Bear will be trying to keep Yogi out of jail but will they succeed? Will Judge Jellystone have other plans? You will be the jury to decide Yogi’s fate. Be sure to join the Chi-Omega-Gamma-Lota (Yogi) Fraternity at our special ceremony of the Woodstock Chapter. This ceremony is for the true Yogi fans who will become a lifetime members of the Fraternity at this event. Remember this is the final weekend for FREE AMENITIES, which means the Waterslides, Mini Golf, Battle Boats and Tornado Karts are FREE all weekend during operating hours. Come celebrate the end of another school year and kick off your summer vacation with Yogi Bear and the Rangers.
June 27 - 29 CSI @ YBJPNB – JELLYSTONE PARK STYLE (Campers Secret Investigations)
Put on your investigators hat and bring your magnifying glasses to help solve the many mysteries and mysterious events happening throughout this secretive weekend. We’ll make special Yogi-oculars to help find the clues and hopefully solve the mysteries. Here’s a clue to get you started on our first mystery of the weekend. Ranger Smith’s hat is missing and he’s very upset because it is a very important part of his uniform, and he fears someone is playing with it and may lose it! He needs your help!! Ranger Smith is summonsing all CSI Agents (Camper Secret Investigators) to help solve this urgent mystery. Register your “hand print” in the CSI Journal for future reference in the Jellystone vault. Keep your minds sharp and your wits about you and come prepared to uncover the locked mysteries awaiting you this mysterious weekend.
July 4 - 6 A TROPICAL BEACH PARTY – JELLYSTONE PARK STYLE
Pack your sunscreen, cool ray shades, beach towels and bright coloured clothes to enjoy the Tropical Beach Party at Jellystone Park NB this weekend. Wizard’s Beach is the place to be for the popular Beach Ball Volleyball game and family sand sculpting creations event complete with prizes for all participants. Try you luck at Splash Bingo and other fun pool games taking place throughout the weekend. Saturday night tantalize your taste buds at the Potluck Pig Roast where we provide the pork roast and the campers bring one main dish or dessert per family to share. Dance at the Beach Party Sat. afternoon to the tropical tunes by our Live DJ, what a blast! Don’t forget your swimsuits for this tropical event!
July 11 - 13 JINGLE ‘N JINGLE BELLS – A JELLYSTONE STYLE CHRISTMAS
Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way…….to Jellystone Park NB for a Jingle ‘N Jolly Jellystone Christmas! Yogi invites everyone to bring their Christmas decorations for the annual site decorating contest complete with prizes (9 categories of Judging). You may WIN FREE CAMPING. Ranger Smith informed Ranger Peter that Boo Boo Land was a Christmas Tree Plantation many years ago and it would be fun to have a community decorating party to bring the trees to life with thousands of lights. We’ll provide the lights as long as we can count on your help to string them at our Tree Decorating event. Pucker up for Santa’s Sandy Candy creations plus tune up your singing voices for the glow stick Carolling parade around the park. It wouldn’t be Christmas without a Christmas Party complete with a visit from Santa, who will present a special treat ($) to all the children attending. Plus, don’t forget to sign up for the 6th Annual Yogi’s Yuletide Review to be held Sat. afternoon during the party. Enter your talent as a family, group or individual, any talent is good, big or small Yogi loves them all! Remember, Yogi knows who’s been naughty or nice and he’ll be talking to Santa and fill him in. Don’t miss this special Christmas celebration, one of the most popular weekends of the summer.
July 18 - 20 HOORAY FOR YOGIWOOD
Lights, Cameras, Action! Take one! No Yogi, Cut! Take two! This is your chance for stardom and fame! Your handprint could be found on the Yogiwood Walk of Fame. Talent scouts will be roaming the park searching for stars to participate in the famous Golden Bear Paw Variety Show where you may win a coveted Golden Bear Paw Trophy. Each participant will receive a special Yogi prize. You never know, you may be chosen by the Talent Agents to sign up for a Yogiwood Entertainment Contract (which is priceless). This is how Boo Boo and Cindy Bear were discovered. Are you Smarter Than a 5th Grader/Ranger? If so, come audition for the Live Taping of this popular game show, Jellystone style. All camping stars are invited to our famous Pancake and Sausage Breakfast taking place Sunday morning to celebrate their stardom. We’ll roll out the Red Carpet for you this star studded weekend. July 25 - 27 SUPER DUPER HERO AND VILLAIN SHOWDOWN
Calling all wanna be Super Hero’s and Villains! Ranger Smith is on vacation and as a result a super villain has muscled in on his territory here at Jellystone Park and is wreaking havoc all over the park! We need your help to regain control here. We need all the Super Hero talents you can muster so come join us at the Super Hero Training Camp to uncover the secret powers and talents that you possess. In order to enter the Training Camp you must first create you own ID Cards and super identities, to be used to catch the mystery Super Villain. Have a blast at the Gigantic Obstacle Course, covering over 15 acres to show your true super stamina. Test your new found abilities at the Super Villain Squad of Parents vs. the Super Hero Kids. Hopefully with your super help the Rec. Rangers can be successful and regain control and keep Yogi safe by unmasking the mystery Super Villain. Can you guess who it may be? Come give it a try!
Aug. 1 - 4 JELLYSTONE PARKS WET ‘N WILD PIRATES PARADISE
Ahoy Mateys! We’re use to being wet as Pirates! Are you? If not, you certainly will be by the end of this Wet ‘N Wild weekend! If you prefer dry land then this weekend isn’t for you! Bring lots of dry clothes. Because the “Water Terminator” is on the loose! Is there anywhere you can hide at Jellystone Park to keep dry? Yogi has buried his most valuable treasures but has lost the treasure map so that means there is treasure to be found all over the park. The Rec. Rangers are too busy having fun to help Yogi so he needs your help to find the valuable treasure. The more treasure you find the better your chances to make your favourite Rec. Ranger walk the plank and suffer the consequences! Take part in water balloon volleyball, giant water war and jump aboard our first annual wild ‘N wet Pirate Ride. Set sail for Jellystone NB this wild holiday weekend.
Aug. 8 - 10 COUNTRY SWINGIN ‘N SINGIN ROUND-UP
Yeehaw, howdy partners! It’s round up time at the OK Corral so don your country duds, cowboy hats and boots for a stomping good time at Jellystone Park NB! Come learn to Line Dance the Yogi Bear way and you won’t want to miss the hilarious giant potato sack races and one-legged races. Swing your partner round and round at the OK Corral Country Hoedown on Sat. with our Live DJ. We’ll hold a country karaoke session with prizes for all participants. Also, we’ll have special voice trainers available to teach you to sing like the stars and later that day the new stars will perform live on Jellystone Park Stage where the audience takes part in the Name That Mystery Star contest. You might say that Jellystone Park has gone country this swingin ‘N singin weekend. You don’t need to stand in line for your tickets, just call early for your reservations!

Take part in the haunted happenins such as the Monster Dash, Zombie Tag, and the Witches Dinner game to name a few. Climb aboard the special Haunted Hayride Sat. night if you dare! And, of course, there'll be a Trick or Treating activity around the park (approx. 200 treats) to make everyone feel like it truly is Halloween! Aug. 29 - Sept. 1 A BIG BIRTHDAY BASH SURPRISE WEEKEND -
Everyone loves surprises and so does Yogi, plus everyone loves to celebrate a birthday so we have put both of these together for one big, gigantic, surprise packed weekend! Can you keep a secret? You must promise not to tell Yogi but Boo Boo is coming to surprise Yogi for this exciting weekend. Everyone is invited to the Big Birthday Bash Surprise Party Saturday afternoon complete with Live DJ. Yogi will dance the day away with all his camping friends. Isn't that what a birthday party is all about? To commemorate this special surprise weekend we will be giving each family a "surprise" Yogi gift at check-in! Of course, a birthday party celebration must have some cake as well as some fun and games galore, so we invite everyone to take part in the Birthday Balloon Toss Relay and the ever popular and most requested Birthday “Bar Bingo”! This celebration is so immense that we need the entire holiday weekend to fit all of the fun activities in. As an added bonus for each family attending this weekend, you will receive a Birthday Wood Token to be used for a FREE NIGHT OF CAMPING in June 2009 (min. 2 night stay). Surprise, Surprise!! Yogi has convinced Rangers Peter and Janet to keep Jellystone Park open one extra weekend because he doesn’t want the summer of 2008 to end just yet and Boo Boo doesn’t want to miss this special weekend either so he is coming to visit his buddy Yogi! He has been having a ball all summer long playing with all his camping friends and doesn't want the summer of fun to end! Families mean the world to Yogi and the Rangers so we would like to honour "families" with this "special" funtastic weekend. There will be many surprises happening this weekend, like we are offering FREE AMENITIES all weekend long, which means the Waterslides, Mini Golf, Battle Boat Tag and Tornado Karts are free all weekend during operating hours! We’ll have the pool water heated to 80 degrees F / 27 degrees C for your enjoyment. Yogi talked Ranger Peter into cleaning out the many storage areas and holding a Yogi-mungas Yard Sale/Flea Market under the Big Top “Pavilions” plus we want to take it one step further in making it the largest of its kind ever to hit the River Valley by inviting all campers to bring their own items and set up at their picnic table. Who knows, maybe you might pay for your weekend away and them some! Ranger Peter says there will be lots of miscellaneous RV supplies, parts, screen rooms, trailer hitches and maybe even some Yogi items (for sure!) Don’t miss the mystical magic show with Perley the Magician plus on Sun. morning enjoy our famous pancake and sausage breakfast.
